Guilt Free Yummy Treat

We all need a treat, even when eating healthily.  This is one of my favourite, quick, easy go-to treats, Greek yoghurt, frozen blueberries, pineapple and chia seeds with a drizzle of honey.  Sometimes, when I can be bothered, I heat up the blueberries – because they are frozen they create their own sauce and an additional drizzle of honey in the pan creates a gooey sauce.  Today I just threw them on and it was a bit like having ice-cream.  Nom nom.

In the morning I regularly have this for breakfast and obviously you can use any fruit you want or love.  Whatever floats your boat.

Recipe

Greek Yoghurt

Frozen blueberries

Fresh pineapple

Sprinkle of chia seeds

Honey

Throw it all together, eat, feel good about yourself!
